Art has been a large part of my life since I can recall. I find ways to incorporate art and design in many parts of my life. It is my life and breath.

I started my own business back in 2014 under the name Kr8tive Graphics. As my business clientele changed, I realized my business brand needed to change with it. This past year I made the decision to re-brand my business. When I am not designing, I am rescuing dogs. I currently am a foster for two dog rescues in WA state.

Part- Time Graphic Designer/ Social Media Manager for Lakeview United Methodist Church , Sun City AZ

Utilizing industry standard softward like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, graphics were created on a weekly basis and posted to their social media accounts. Special graphics were created for holiday events. Videos were created using their vimeo service with graphics incorporated and photos.

Graphic Designer for Faith Recovery Newport News, VA

By creating promotional pieces and marketing pieces for an online fundraising event, Faith Recovery was able to save over $2000 on design fees. Digital content such as digital ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, and a Facebook event cover image were created. Additionally, a mailer was designed showcasing the big auction items.

Graphic Design Internship Everett Community College

The internship responsibilities were to design for the drama department. Tasks included creating posters and programs for their production. Photoshop was used to incorporate images into documents. Assistance was also required in the photography and video department with graphic pieces for the college’s virtual holiday card.
